| ...Colton and I went for a run...I know I look awful...but it's proof that I worked out on my trip. Weight is not coming off so easy this time after having a baby, despite how much I feel like I am working for it and tried to prepare myself before during and after pregnancy, that I have resorted to running, yes running, I hate it and it's not really working either. However I have been doing this running thing for a few months and didn't want to ruin it while I was gone. I was excited to run in TN because it is 3000 ft lower than NM so I thought it would be easier but it turns TN is VERY hilly, it about killed me. |
