The next day we got up and went back to the Eiffel Tower for a tour. I really wanted to see it in the day time also. It was actually pretty cool. Bret and I enjoyed the tour and were glad we did it. We have now been on all levels of the Eiffel tower! They have elevators but we decided on the way down to walk the stairs from the second level the rest of the way down. It wasn't too bad. The Eiffel Tower dinner and then the tour the next day was our favorite on this trip. We also learned on that tour that France has a mini version of the statue of liberty. We went and checked her out after a little boat ride. Then later in the day we saw the Arch De Triumph. It was pretty big and amazing. Some people are so talented. Here are a lot more pictures of the Eiffel Tower and some other things.
Day time Eiffel Tower
Looking up at the top level.
I think this was the second level.
Bret took this with the GoPro at the top.
They had these "places to kiss" all over, we took advantage of this one on the top.
Mr. Eiffel had an office/apartment on the top level. They now have wax figures in there. The left is Mr. Eiffel, the girl is his daughter and the right one is Thomas Edison.
On the boat ride.
The boat made Bret a little sleepy.
Just in case we didn't get enough pictures of the Eiffel Tower.
France statue of liberty.
The back side. Not near as many people around this as I would imagine the one in New York has.
The front side.
The area under the bridge to get to the statue has work out stuff.
We did cross the street and get closer but didn't really take many pictures.
