Hohenzollern Castle Christmas market

Our first Christmas market that we went to was at the Hohenzollern castle. It was pretty cool. I would love to go back when its warmer and get a guided tour through the castle. It is run by Prussian royalty that still live there. We stayed long enough to see the prince. He came out and stood on the top of the stairs and gave a short little speech and some songs were song. Bret kind of translated some. I guess the prince was just saying welcome to his home and thanks for coming. It was pretty neat!

There it is! It was dark when we left, I looked back at it and it was beautiful all lit up. I wish I would have taken a picture of that.

Walking up the spiral road/walk way to the castle.
Once we got to the top.

A spiral staircase with in the spiral road.

A man was there making these big bubbles. The kids loved it.

Part of the castle and some more bubbles.

The prince! He is obviously the one with the mic in the middle. Everyone that is facing the camera were either guards or in the choir.

The kids running back down the spiral.
