Next stop...Iowa

       After the wedding we started our really long drive. Drove for a day and some and made it to Iowa. Bret's extend family lives there so we thought it would be fun to see a lot of them especially his grandparents. Bret's parents also drove down from Wisconsin and brought Kade and Ky with them! We were so excited they all came down to play for a couple days with us in Iowa. 
      The first night we got there we had a dinner with a lot of the Miller clan at Jim and Beth's. It's fun to sit and chat with all them. After dinner we drove to Pella where his g-parents, aunt, uncle, and cousin and her family live. We have stayed with Brett and Lena (Bret's cousin) before. We always have so much fun when we stay there! So much laughing and playing go on there. Brett and Lena do Crossfit stuff in their house. Bret and I had never done it but like to excersize so we joined in on doing it with them. While we were doing it I thought "this isn't too bad" OH. MY. WORD. I have never been sooo sore in my life! It hurt to just turn over in bed. Walking down stairs was quite a task. I still like the idea of the work out. I just over did it I think. Any who we had a lot of fun there. Then on our drive to Wisconsin we stopped and had lunch at Ted and Sandy's. It was good to see and talk to them. Gene and Pat were there also. We hadn't seen them since I was pregnant with Cooper. We had a good time. I really like Bret's family!
