In February we went on a ski trip with 6 other families. We all stayed in a big house. It was so much fun and everyone got along so well! For real, 7 families in one general area for 3 days was not bad at all with this group. The kids did a ski school that was all day and the adults went up on the mountain to ski. Some other adults and small kids stayed at the house. In the evenings we all ate together and played games, talked, and laughed a lot. We've been so blessed to find good friends every where we've lived. Being here in Germany so far from family I am especially grateful for these people.
The long car ride there. Traffic is almost always crazy here.
Riding up to the mountain. It was Tanya's first time skiing (she's on the right of the picture).
Bret waiting to go down.
Tanya going down (with he pink and green suit), Ben on her left, Jason on her right, Liz behind a little.
McCoy and Colleen playing in the window.
Having fun on the bunk beds.
Where all the older kids slept. You can see Jason on the left with orange socks doing "Shhhh go to sleep" duty.
Playing Reverse Charades, boys against girls. This game is so much fun.
The guys were hilarious and got the best words to act out.
Getting ready for our turn.
Breakfast one morning.
All the guys that went off to do the bigger slopes.
The guys eating lunch at the top of the mountain.
On the second day of skiing Liz and I went on the next step up from the bunny hill. I fell A LOT but had fun going with Liz.
The kids during their ski school.
McCoy went skiing and loved it also but sadly I don't have a picture of him in his stuff.
