We stayed two nights in Westende. It was a beautiful, cute little town right by the ocean. After going to Brugge we hung out around the water. We rented a bike to fit our whole family, which was actually pretty fun. There was a playground right on the beach that the kids enjoyed. Even though it was overcast and kind of cold it was still beautiful and fun!
Easter morning the kids had fun looking at their baskets and finding eggs around the hotel. We colored some eggs before our trip and just brought those with us. When we got home from our trip we made Resurrection rolls. The kids love making them and eating them. After our fun Easter morning we got dressed, ready for church and headed to Gent. That is a post on its own.
