New Years here in Germany is probably one of my favorites now. We had so much fun. Our friends the Christmans came over. Our night was full of fireworks, playing games, eating, and best of all chatting. Germany's restrictions on fireworks is limited so they have big ones! We did some fireworks with the kids earlier and then eventually put them to bed. We only got Cooper up for the big show. At midnight we just sat outside our house and for a good 30-45 min set off fireworks of our own and enjoyed everyone else's. It was exciting!!! To top it all off, the next morning the Christmans made some yummy french toast and bacon for breakfast. It really was an awesome way to bring in the New Year.

These girls reactions to the fireworks were pretty awesome.

Things got a little crazy...

How many people does it take to get a dress off of Bret?
|
Jack decided it was his turn to wear this lovely dress. It came off of him a lot easier.

Just playing some games.

Midnight came and these men were ready to celebrate!

Our neighborhood. There were so many fireworks...and smoke.
|
Our neighbors setting off some fireworks. We thought it was exciting and big but they told us that it is usually bigger but a lot of people were gone this year.
