After looking at some places to live, we decided on one! Just driving up to it Bret and I were excited about it. We couldn't move in for a few weeks but we were excited to have a home and get out of the hotel! One weekend before we moved in we just went and explored the cute little town we were about to move to.
Our small shipment of things came about 2 days after we moved in and the rest of our stuff about a week later. We were so excited to finally be in our own house with our own things!!! Some down falls of our stuff coming... They packed a bottle of bleach in a box of clothes! They are not supposed to pack bleach at all. So all those clothes are ruined. Most of the clothes were Coopers old ones so it was not a huge deal. The one thing I was sad about was a snow suit that would have fit McCoy this winter. A long with a few other things that are a little broken.
After about a week or so of getting our house put together and everything put away. I noticed so many things missing. We have no more boxes and have gone through everything. All the stuff in the linen closet did not make it. Like towels, sheets, blankets, and pillows. The things hanging in the kids rooms, coat closet, and some of the other things from the kids closets did not make it also. So shirts, dresses, more blankets, all our coats, Lynndons dress ups, some of Coopers toys, half our board games, and the saddest part of it all...blankets g-mas made my kids and all three of their blessing outfits. I think i am starting to calm down some but I was so angry, how does all that stuff just not make it here! Ya we could submit a claim to maybe get money to replace the stuff but some is not replaceable and I have no proof that we had all those things. Claims is a pain! Because we moved over seas we had to have them pack us up. After this whole experience I think I would rather just pack myself. It would be easier to keep track of things. There was no way I could have been with all three guys that were packing plus taking care of 3 kids. They are supposed to write everything that they put in boxes but they did't do so great with that so we can't show exactly what boxes are missing. Ugh anyways, its just frustrating.
We do like our house though, the town that we live in and have some pretty great neighbours. It helps a lot that Bret speaks German!

| This is like the town square. Every Saturday they have a Farmers market and It is walking distance from our house! |
| Bakery! |
| The clock tower. |
| A park close to our house! |
| An apple tree in the backyard. |
| The front |
| The back |
| They were excited to have a box of toys after receiving our small shipment. |
| I think they played with the boxes longer though. The towels in the back ground are they only ones that made it. So we each had at least one towel to use. |
| Our stuff plus a loaner table! |
| Trying to get a mattress down stairs. |
| Our bleach ruined things. |
