I love going out and getting a real tree for Christmas. So I purchased our $5 tree tag and the day after thanksgiving we went up in the mountains and cut one down. Let me just say, we live in the dessert... it was very very difficult to find a decent tree. We did finally find one that looked the most promising out of them all. It is a little bare and big but it works! I definitely miss the little Christmas tree farm that we went to every year in Madison!
