With a minor set back, I'm back to trying to catch up. This last Halloween was a busy one. We went to about 6 different events. The first being the grocery store decorating little pumpkins, going to a church that had a little activity going on, then the 'zoo boo' (walking around the zoo), walking around offices above the library, the ward trunk or treat and ending with walking around the neighborhood all during the week. Halloween is bigger on base then I was expecting. So many people came to our door and lots of people had their houses decorated. They also had streets blocked off from cars and military officers walking around during the trick or treating hours. We ran out of candy that I bought so it was good the kids had gotten candy at the other places and we just used that to pass out. So we didn't end up with a ton of candy just the candy from walking around the neighborhood.
