Blue Coat Ceremony

Once again i'm way behind on my posting. Back in April Bret had his blue coat ceremony. It is the ceremony where they get their blue coat (imagine that) meaning they are done with the third year and moving on to fourth year when they do their clincal rotations. They change rotations every 2 weeks except the first rotation was 3 weeks. The day of the ceremony was a random really hot day. It was like 80 somethin and humid. It was very very warm in that building! The next few days after it was like in the 60's, it was nuts. Bret is very happy though to be done with book work stuff and doing more hands on things. I feel like this is the start of seeing a light at the end of the tunnel.

Dear Charise,
If you take a picture of a "blue coat" on your husband and then turn the picture black and white...it's not blue anymore...it's white. Also from my understanding this blue coat ceremony is kind of like a kindergarten graduation? It doesn't really mean you've accomplished anything in particular but you're on your way to possibly accomplishing something if you don't start making dumb choices?

Love your eldest, and only older, brother THE ZEDINATOR!
