New Years & a Ginger bread house

      New years is my favorite here in Germany. It is probably the one thing I will miss the most. It is so big and exciting and we also have so much fun with our friends. This year we had Bret's parents here, my dads cousin Ginger and her family (my first cousin once removed?), our friends the Christman's, the Andersons, and another couple that is friends with the Christman's.  We had a fun night of playing games, talking and setting off lots of fireworks. It was also Eric, Ginger's husband's, birthday so we sang to him and had some cake. We had such a fun busy new years weekend!
      The kids had been planning on making a gingerbread house with g-ma for so long but other things kept coming up. New years day we finally had down time so they made a gingerbread house and had a blast doing it. We are so glad Bret's parents made the trip out here to visit us! We love family!
