Albuquerque weekend

The weekend of march 23rd was our ward temple trip. We shared a TLF (temporary lodging facility) with our friends the Boydens, on the AFB in Albuquerque. It was a 3 bedroom and has everything you need (washer, dryer, dishes, etc).  On Friday we got together with 3 other families and did a trade off with watching each others kids so we could go to the temple with our spouse. It was awesome.
Saturday was Bret's real b-day. We celebrated by going to the aquarium and zoo in Albuquerque with our friends. It was a fun day even though the wind was blowing pretty hard and was a bitter cold wind. I didn't take many pictures at the zoo because it was cold and we had been potty training Lynndon. She is awesome with #1 but #2 scares her so she kept saying she had to go but then nothing would come. She and I would just do a quick look at the animals while we tried to catch back up with people. On the drive home Bret also got pulled over for speeding but got out of the ticket...because it was his b-day! I have never seen anyone be so lucky at getting out of tickets as Bret.  It was a really fun weekend.
Most of the kids that were with us looking at the fish and stingrays.

Bret trying to get Lynndon to touch this. I think she did touch it once.

Another view of the stingrays.

Looking at the fish in the tunnel part.

Our family :) I promise we had fun even though some of us don't looked to thrilled in the pic.

In the tunnel.

You know, just a shark showing its teeth...

Watch out Lynndon!

I think Cooper was amazed by the Jelly fish.

Bret enjoying an expensive messy hot dog from a place in the zoo. "it's all good cuz it was his b-day"

Justin and Bret seeing if they can play on the toys...

Trying to stay warm while waiting for the train to go back to the aquarium to our car.

The picture where you can see Coop's face in the reflection of the jellyfish window is really cool!
